Functional mixture based on emulsifiers. When using formulas with a high content of fatty raw materials it increases the output, it reduces the syneresis during storage, it compacts the consistency of h/s, b/s sausage products and the products of secondary warming. Makes a turn in the cheap segment of the boiled sausages. Dosage: 0,3-1,2 kg per 100 kg of the basic raw material.
