Functional mixture based on emulsifiers. When using formulas with a high content of fatty raw materials it increases the output, it reduces the syneresis during storage, it compacts the consistency of h/s, b/m sausage products and the products of secondary warming. It makes a turn in the cheap segment of boiled sausages. Dosage: 0,3-1,2 kg per 100 kg of the basic raw material.
